Hours: Monday through Thursday 7:30am-11pm; Friday and Saturday 7:30am-12am; Sunday 11am-11pm
Atmosphere: Given that Burger Culture is a permanent food truck parked in the lot of Harley Davidson, it's safe to say that it's a pretty casual place. What's nice is that they also built a deck/covered patio area around the truck. It's complete with fake plants and garden ornaments (quite cute) as well as some picnic style seating.
In my experience the staff is very friendly and courteous. Personally, I've never had to wait in a long line, but that may just be a bit of luck because I have seen the occasional line outside. It's no surprise since they have some of the best burgers in town and they're only operating inside of a truck. In case you're not as lucky as I am, I'd say to remember that patience is a virtue, and at least here it will certainly be rewarded with some delicious food.
Food: Take a look at their menu for the full spread but here's a quick recap. They serve wicked burgers and hot dogs, creative sliders, classic grilled cheese with a twist, and of course french fries (which in my opinion, are also some of the best in the bay).
What I love about burger culture is that even though they definitely have traditional burgers, they specialize in the non-traditional with toppings like a fried egg, goat cheese, or mango chutney. They even have a grilled cheese with short ribs IN it. Um yes please! I personally recommend the Kicker Burger or the Waffle burger, but I think you'd be safe getting anything on the menu. The bison or lamb sliders are next on my list to try.
If you're a vegetarian don't feel left out! They can swap any of their burgers with a black bean patty or portobello mushroom, which sounds equally as delicious if you ask me!
